GAIA / Healthy Travel reserves the right to deny acceptance of any Registration.
The cost of this Journey is subject to increase due to increase in costs to HealthyTravel for any and all activities connected with this Journey. The price of the airfare portion of this journey is subject to change until the ticket(s) have been purchased. Once the air ticket(s) have been issued, refund or the cost of the ticket(s) will be according tho the policy of the issuing airline(s).
The cost of this Journey is based on double occupancy. If HealthyTravel is unable to match a single traveller with a roommate, the single supplement will apply. In addition, the cost of this Journey does not include gratuities for the tour guide or cruise personnel.
Passenger accepts responsibility for travel to and from airport of departure (JFK). In addition, passenger agrees to arrive at JFK airport 3 hours prior to departure for Egypt.
A valid passport is required for entry into Egypt. Passport numbers are required 60 days prior to departure.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
HealthyTravel, herein after referred to as the Operator, acts only as an agent in issuing tickets and/or coupons for the owners and contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations, Nile cruises,or other services and facilities furnished, offered or provided. The acceptance of such tickets and/or coupons shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for loss, injury, or damage to or in respect of any person or property howsoever caused or arising in connection with such means of transportation or other services. The Operator reserved the right to make changes and alterations in the itinerary, hotel or sightseeing as may found necessary for the proper handling of tours. Additional expenses,if any, caused thereby shall be borne by the passengers. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsable for any act, omission, or event during the time that passengers are not on board their conveyance.
If, for any technical reasons, passengers were not able visit any of the sights, due to bad weather, flight cancellations, or any other reasons, a refund of the missing portion such as air ticket and applied entrance fee will be made at no additional cost or expense or liability to Karnak Travel Inc.
If Egypt Air, the local airline of Egypt, could not accommodate passengers to Luxor and Aswan for any given reason or circumstance beyond control, the train will be used as substitution. Therefore, a refund of the difference will be given at no extra liability to HealthyTravel.
If passengers were subject to a lower class hotel for any reason,HealthyTravel will allow for adjustment accordingly. (Using the official Egyptian Government hotel price list), but at no additional cost or liability to HealthyTravel.
HealthyTravel reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour should such person’s health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and the rights, welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members. A refund of unused land tour services is the limit of HealthyTravel. liability.
HealthyTravel STRONGLY recommend purchasing of trip INSURANCE to allow for any unexpected contingencies. Insurance forms are available on requests.
Cancellation Policy: (this applies to balance payments and not the $500 non-refundable deposit.)
A cancellation fee of $200 per person applies to cover handling, fax & telephone expenses.
“ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING”
Air:
All cancellations of air space are subject to penalties imposed by the carrier used.
Cancellations of an air ticket is subject to a forfeiture of $100.
Land:
No cancellation fee will be required if cancellation is received at least 45 days before departure.
After this date, fees for one night accommodations are required in all hotels booked.
Cruise:
If cancelled 60 - 45 days before departure: $100
If cancelled 45 - 30 days before departure: $200
If cancelled 30 - 15 days before departure: $300
If cancelled less than 15 days before departure:
Considered as “no show” resulting is no refund. |
