Tour Schedule

Day 1:  March 15
Leave New York, NY (JFK)
Arrive in Cancun.
Transfer to Playa Del Carmen.
 
Day 2:  March 16
Spend day relaxing,swimming
and shopping in Playa Del Carmen.

Day 3: March 17
Spend day in Playa Del Carmen, Visit Sacbe Caverns.
(Subterranean Caves and swimming holes).

Transfer from Playa to Tulum
Afternoon at Xcaret Ecological Park.

Day 5: March 19
Transfer from Tulum to Chitzen Itza.
 (Mayan Temple)

Day 6: March 20
Spend day at Chitzen Itza.
Equinox drum and dance.

Day 7: March 21
Transfer from Chitzen Itza to Tulum.
Visit Coba and Tulum.
(jungle/ocean side pyramids)

Day 8: March 22
Day of Yoga and Relaxation in Tulum.
Visit Sian Kan.
(United Nations Ecological Preserve)

Day 9: March 23
Transfer from Tulum to Cancun.
Fly from Cancun to New York.

Director of G.A.I.A., founder of Drums Around the World, leads various other tours to Mexico, Cuba, W. Africa, Costa Rica, Egypt & Jamaica.

Cost and Registration
Cost: $1295, incl. airfare from New York*, ground transportation,
accommodations,  entrance fees to historic sites, yoga, drum classes
with many extras. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due Feb 15th.

Packing: Pack light clothing for summer travel with one or two medium
weight sweaters or sweat-shirts, pants and rainwear.

Visas: You will receive a tourist card upon arrival

Language: Spanish w/many English speaking locals; Currency: Peso

Health Considerations: No inoculations are required.

Extra stays: Will be prediscussed or arranged.
